Wish I could give you some positive advice Net. I lost about 26lbs this summer but despite all good intentions I am starting to fall back into the junk food cycle. Yesterday on my way to work I bought crisps, sweets, chocolate and diet coke!!!! Just try and keep up with the activity and maybe it will keep the weight at bay from the junk food.

Good luck x

i sent my partner out to buy the food, so he doesn't get junk food. He makes my lunch for me and i don't take money to work with me so that i can't buy anything else. I still want it, but cause i have no choice i don't have it. Found it's helped a little.

I must admit I eat far too much chocolate at this time of year, I can go without for a few days, but if we get a few gloomy days, you can always find me in the kitchen munching on chocolate biscuits.

Sleepy-bear unfortunately my partner is worse than me for the sweet stuff. If I sent him to do the shopping we would be living on biscuits, cheesecake and chocolate!! Your so lucky to be able to do that.

The taking no money to work is a good idea which I think I will adopt.

Unfortunately, I think I will be like Paulst as soon as I get home..... in the kitchen munching my way through the chocolate biscuits.

I am really trying to lose weight to go to a wedding next year, I'm giving myself a good 9 months head start and it's still not working!

It's OK for a few days but as soon as I have a bad day or just feel too tired or gloomy, I need to get some chocolate.

well even if you munch on the chocolate at home after not taking the money to work etc at least you didn't do both as i used to do! Try making yourself eat fruit instead. Often the sugars in it stop you feeling hungry. Although saying it and doing it is easier said than done! Can't do it myself very well!

I remember my physciatrist saying if you feel hungry eat an apple instead of a biscuit or chocolate. In the summer I would but in the winter it just doesn't have the same appeal

You can come and wallow too, when it's done! I don't lick my fingers in the suggestive way that she does.... at least, not often! In reality I'm a bit more frumpy than that...maybe more of a Delia!
