I'm not sure whether or not this will work for us, but i felt it was worth passing on for a try. I was reading at the weekend, and apprently taking supplements of magnesium can help prevent cravings for sweet things, including my biggest vice - chocolate! Wondered if this would help any of us over these winter months to stop the cravings and weight gain. Haven't found anything for the carbs yet!

Please let me know how this works for you folks! I have recently started taking a multi-vitamin recently -- will have to check the magnesium level.

The multi-vitamin so far has helped me with energy. I wanted to take it for the B-vitamins.

I eat far too much chocolate at this time of the year, perhaps I need some magnesium.

I don't crave anything in the winter infact I don't eat much at all. I have some of the summer symptoms in the winter.
