Hi there everyone. I've not been on here for ages, have been feeling quite good over the past couple of weeks so have not been so desperate to get to the computer - though I have been thinking of everyone!!
But coming on here today has made me feel slightly guilty for not coming on so I just wanted to say thank you so much to those of you who have helped me through rough times this winter and I will be back on here more regularly just to catch up and offer my support!! :)
It's almost spring!!!!!!!

Kaz, glad to hear you're doing well. What do you think is helping you out? We've had some unseasonable weather here, but I've not been out to enjoy it as I should! It's 57 degrees outside right now!

I think the Christmas break away from the stresses of work did me the world of good - I was just able to take things a bit easier without feeling at all guilty for doing so
