You might find this interesting, especially you Amalthea:-

Just found this thread: http://www.ei-resource.org/illness-information/related-conditions/seasonal-affective-disorder-(s.a.d)/

Covers SAD and Fibromyalgia. Even mentions some books you might find interesting.

The one thing that I found interesting, it its connection of Candida and SAD. Some years ago I had candida in my gut, and went on a special sugar free diet, with added good bacteria tablets etc. I was on it for over six months and I never felt so brilliant in my life. My tiredness, my spots, my weight, my stroppy tendancies, my lowness, etc all disappeared. I had so much energy and had so much time for everyone around me. Thats when i found my current husband!!!!

Dont I sound terrible, Im not really- honest.

Me x

Me, thank you! Fantastic article. I've saved it to my hard-drive for me to re-read over. Tonight I'm a bit wiped out. I exercised, anyhow, to ensure a decent night's sleep.

Thanks again!
