This year round I feel much better.
I just found out last year that I had it and that it has probably been affecting me for many years.
But when you know a bit about something and yourself it helps.

Oh and I finally have an appointment with a CBT, it has taken six months and I hope it is worth the wait.

And I have a date for my case to be heard about my failed incapacity/income support medical assessment which I will have representation at.

Hi James,

Its always good to get a diagnosis, at least you know what you are dealing with. I'm glad you are feeling better this year and good luck with your case.
