I see the same code, RF103. I have an Advanced 200 (well, it was called a Bio-Bright Digital SunRise Clock at the time I bought it).

It quit working. Stays frozen on one time. So I cleared the electronics as instructed in the manual (hold Program button while plugging in the power cord). That is when it displays the RF103 code.

Actually, I have another one of these clocks and see that it gives the same RF103 code when I reset it by holding the Program button when plugging it in. This clock works fine, so I guess RF103 is not the problem wiht hte other one. Oh well.
