i heard in norway their health insurance pays for a 2 week trip to a tropical place because SAD is very bad their because of being at 60 -65N

does anyone here think that the cold besides the dark could cause increased sweet cravings because your body may need extra calories too keep warm?

i feel better since the clocks went forward .we went forward mar 9 and go back nov 2 .i love the evening light i don't feel like i living my whole life in the dark!
