Home trial system
Light therapy is effective in treating SAD in more than 85% of cases so there's a very good chance you'll benefit too. If you are unsure, our 30-day Home Trial system gives you the chance to try light therapy for yourself without a big financial risk. Most people notice an improvement in their symptoms after just a few days, so the Home Trial gives you time to make sure that what you've ordered is right for you. Please give us a call if you feel your light box, visor or Bodyclock is not making a difference and we'll try to help.
Applies to the UK only. If at any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery you decide to return something, please contact us first. We will arrange to have a light box or light visor collected from your home (mainland only); it is your responsibility to return a Bodyclock.
As soon as we receive your goods back we will refund all your money including standard delivery charge. The exceptions are light visors for which we charge a £15 refurbishment fee and Bodyclocks for which we charge £10 re-stocking fee. If the unit is scratched or damaged we will tell you what the problem is and may have to charge for any repair at a cost of £20/hour plus materials. We will not charge for minor problems. The unit must be returned in its original packing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
